About the Role
You will build the core platform user experience, real-time status radar, and API pipelines connecting health plans and EHRs. You will own features from whiteboard design to production deployment.
What We Value
- 5+ years building production web applications in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Obsession with anti-slop design taste, responsive performance, and sub-100ms UI latency.
- Experience with HIPAA compliance, PostgreSQL, and event-driven architecture.
