1. Overview & Commitment to Healthcare Privacy
ClearPath Payer, Inc. (“ClearPath Payer”, “we”, “our”) provides healthcare provider credentialing and payer enrollment software and services. We understand that credentialing records contain highly sensitive identifiers, including Social Security Numbers, DEA registration credentials, national provider identifiers (NPI), and malpractice history.
2. Categories of Information We Collect
We collect clinician demographic data, state medical and professional licenses, educational diplomas, DEA certificates, and primary source verification responses strictly as authorized by our customer covered entities under our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
3. Zero AI Model Training Guarantee
Customer data, clinician files, and payer application submissions are never sold, rented, or used to train public or commercial artificial intelligence models.
4. Data Residency & Encryption
All data is stored in the United States using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit across isolated, multi-tenant cloud storage partitions.
