ClearPath Payer facilitates data verification and application assembly. ClearPath Payer does not guarantee approval by any health plan or credentialing committee. Payer processing times vary based on plan network capacity and state regulations.

3. Delaware Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
